Tropical low over central TX producing a large band of excessive rainfall from Huntsville to San Antonio. Hourly rainfall rates of 2-4 inches have been common under this band with near 10.0 inches being reported overnight.
Appears the slow moving thunderstorm is developing and may push southward.
Conditions support an excessive rainfall threat.
Will need to watch storm closely to see how far south this band of excessive rainfall moves.
