Tropical Storm Karl formed today. The storm is currently moving to the WNW at 15mph and the maximum sustained winds are 45 mph. The storm is predicted to enter the far Southern Gulf of Mexico as early as Thursday morning either as a Tropical Depression or Tropical Storm. Current models predict the storm remaining South of the Texas Coastline.
