The first Tropical Storm of the season formed last night in the Bay of Campeche, just south of the Gulf of Mexico. Current forecasts do not predict any threat to any of the Texas coast. The storm is predicted to remain at tropical storm strength up through landfall which is predicted to occur tomorrow morning on the Mexico coast.
