Tropical Storm Don is currently on a WNW track towards the Southern Texas Coast, expected to make landfall sometime late Friday night. The current forecast shows no significant threat to the Houston/Galveston region at this time, however the potential for 1-1.5 inches of rain is expected with up to 3 inches in isolated areas. At this time, storm models are mostly in agreeance of a continued WNW track toward South Texas through landfall.
