Heavy Rainfall Threat…Next 48 Hours

A frontal boundary moving into our region Tuesday brings the potential of heavy rainfall and high winds to the Southeast Texas Region through Wednesday night. The National Weather Service (NWS) forecasters are predicting 2-4 inches of rain throughout the area with isolated amounts up to 7 inches.

The greatest threat period appears to be overnight Tuesday into Wednesday morning including the Wednesday morning commute.
