A line of thunderstorms is expected to push through the Southeast Texas Region before Noon this morning. Strong storms with high winds and brief heavy rain are expected. Some storms may become severe.
Following the passing of the frontal boundary, winds are forecast to become strong and gusty. A wind advisory and red flag warning is currently in effect for the area, as winds of 20-30 mph with 40 mph gusts are expected.
