TS Erica has been as interesting storm. Similar to Ike it has been “floating” in the waters to the Southwest (see the purple line in the attached graphic). Its current track shows it to move over the Leeward island over the next few days. The model data for the storm is not in agreeance as to where the storm will go. Some models show Erika taking a Gulf of Mexico track, other show it taking a East Coast track. The good new is that all the models agree that the storm is not likely to increase above a Cat 1in strength in the near future. We still continue to closely monitor.
