As we approach the end of the tropical storm season, Tropical Storm Otto formed yesterday in the southern Caribbean. The storm is currently moving Northwestward and is expected to turn due west in the next few days and make its way over Central America near Costa Rica or Southern Nicaragua. No impacts are expected to the Southeast Texas Region.
