Harris County has seen from 5-8 inches of rain over the past 24 hours. with grounds already saturated, this has caused for street flooding in many areas of the County. Areas outside of Harris County have also seen a large amount of rainfall. The Fort Bend County and Brazoria County shared border has seen over 11 inches of rain over the past 24 hours. Stay indoors and off the roads if possible. A 60% of rain is forecast for tomorrow as well.
